| Hello all!
I've been on Bricklink for a couple of years now. I used to get many orders
from the USA and international as well. However, I have been getting ONLY orders
from within the county in the last while (I want to saw almost for a year).
Is there possibly a problem in my store that is not allowing buyers from outside
the county to buy from me? Store name is Mroak62.
I seem to have shipping enabled to USA and Europe. Perhaps there is another issue.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

| Possible order from you from Hungary,but..
If I want to buy minifigs 15$
-Shipping+VAT 30$
-In Hungary I must pay Tax+vAT(27percent after all prices(45$)
-probably it is more than 2-3 months...
The 15$ minifigs are 60-75$(or more)
In the EU no tax and vat between countries...

| Its a combination of the exchange rate and increased bureaucracy/taxation in
Europe. Domestic sales are 90% of my orders now, whereas they were about 60%
before.

I get less orders from Europe but as many orders as before (if not more) from
USA and still some from Australia and New Zealand,...
It depends on shipping costs as well.

Shipping. The problem is shipping costs.
I typically make small orders. If I do that with a US store, it will cost $4-5
to ship. Your minimum shipping is $12. With a US store, I can pay for the shipping
of a medium sized set for $12. I shudder to think what that would translate to
from Canada.
To be clear, you are not doing anything wrong. Shipping costs are what they are.
You can't do anything about that. It just is. But, I don't order from
outside the US because of high shipping costs, and I don't sell outside the
US because US international shipping charges are completely outrageous.

If you order from my store, the shipping costs to USA starts at $4.95. So it
is beneficial to check some Canadian stores as well.

Depending on what I am buying, and the sale price, I will order from other countries
no problem as long as the shipping cost doesn't completely negate the value
of an item or degrade my purchasing power, as it were.
