The parts of this wire were already in the inventory from the start and they
should be. Both catalogue image (from 1969 catalogue) ánd instruction show this
wire.
Instruction (translated from Dutch):
The wire with connector on both sides is used for other models then the electric
train. For the electric train you need the wire with track contact.
So without the wire above you would be able to move a car.
The instruction includes an image that shows both wires very clearly, with the
info above.
