For example, a 5-pound shipment going to zone 8 drops from the current $21.31
to the proposed $13.98.
Time is money tho, so we need a better way of suggesting these rates to customers.

was 1/3 the cost of USPS.
Unsustainable this is IMO.

One of the things I just noticed is that (for FCPS) zone 8 and zone 9 are identical.
For PM they are anything but, and zone 9 pays a hefty premium.
