Hi,

A bricklink member from poland tries to order 1 set (60050) for which the buyer
gets the message "No shipping order availalbe".

Weird thing is, I have had order to Poland (and france and germany and belgium)
in the last weeks without any issue.

Could the be releated to some weird data connect to the set ?

Is there a way I can create an order for this user ?

Regards,

Wilco, BrinkjesSjop

Maybe the dimensions are exceeding the limits of your shipping methods.
Add a manual invoice only shipping method.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. Sadly I already have an manual invoice method which
does not work.

Do you have checked in the store settings:
Seller protection: Show only Instant Checkout methods to new buyers

O yeay, I have. Never thought this could be the reason.

I have switched it off and asked customer to try again.

Thanks !

Check your shipping methods/settings and see if everything is still correct.
Check the weight, dimensions, price of the parcel with your settings. See if
all shipping methods are still enabled. I doubt that BL is blocking the order,
has to be in your shipping settings. And otherwise indeed a bug.
