Any idea what this is? We have contacted the seller as well as the help desk

BL uses an outside 3rd party service to calculate sales tax, based on destination
address. Sounds like the 3rd party's API may have failed, or was temporarily
down. Ask the buyer to try again.

Why did you put China in the title ? If the buyer was trying to use a reshipper
in OR or DE, those states have no sales tax.
