| Hi all,
My question probably has a simple answer but I'm not able to find it. I want
to keep a couple of orders beyond the 6-month cutoff.
Those orders I received 3 months ago. I've not been able to get them to completed
status as I'm not able to handle Lego parts at the moment to count them and
verify (the orders arrived after I had a stem cell transplant for my leukaemia,
but before I started on the anti-rejection drugs... once I started on those drugs
my hands now shake several centimetres constantly. Even typing is a pain!) -
and I have virtually no immune system so I'm reluctant to get someone to
do that on my behalf.
The sellers of those orders I know personally, so they know my situation and
are OK with it taking this long... I mean, not like I'm in a typical situation!
I'm probably not coming off these drugs any time soon either... hence the
issue.
Thanks,
-J

| Hello,
From a sellers point of view, many people do not mark their order as completed,
many don't even ark it as received. So it's ok if you don't say the
order is completed, i as a seller wouldn't care if you mark the order as
complete, i am just trying to make a happy buying experience. If something is
wrong with your order most sellers will try and fix it no matter what, or at
least i do. So i don't think it's something to stress about, especially
if the seller knows your situation
Hope you feel better soon!!!
Thanks, NG

Thank you, I'm slowly on the mend. I was thinking about how to keep the partlist
of the order for checking, but the other answer's provided that so all good!

If you know the sellers personally then you could mark the orders complete and
leave positive feedback now, knowing that they'll make good if anything is
amiss later - in the meantime you could just print out the order details or download
them to Excel so you can check once you're able.
