Hello Bricklink!

When are you going to reopen my store?
I have always paid my dues. The last payment was on 08/05 for the July contribution.
Until you issue a tax correct invoice, I am not obligated to pay taxes on it.
I pointed this out on the forum over a year ago. By the way, Bricklink's
accounting seems to be in a desolate state. My total of 4 payments were not taken
into account and are always re-invoiced, although I have pointed out the first
2 payments additionally by e-mail.
In addition, I expect the immediate deletion of the note "Reason: non-payment
of fees" on the store page.
This is a lie and also damaging to my reputation. Such a thing is illegal.

Regards
Werner

Since everyone is wrong and you're right, even if that is actually true,
since you keep reposting the same message, I'll repost the same message as
well......

I'd recommend paying what they say you owe and then dealing with your
complaint.
Obviously you're store isn't going to be opened until you pay what they
say you owe. You're cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Please make sure your name and email address match between your PayPal account
and your BrickLink account. Otherwise, please pay your balance via the link instead
of direct payment to billing@bricklink.com.

Regarding the VAT charges on seller fees (commission), please understand that
our invoice methods are indeed completely legal and have been set up by a professional
tax team.

Thank you for reopening my store.

Please make sure your name and email address match between your PayPal account
and your BrickLink account. Otherwise, please pay your balance via the link instead
of direct payment to billing@bricklink.com.

Since my email address from the Bricklink account does not match the PayPal account,
I have sent the respective payments to billing@bricklink.com as requested. At
the same time, however, the first payments by email my username as well as the
invoice number. In these e-mails I have always pointed out that the invoices
do not meet the requirements. I never received an answer to these e-mails. Only
a closure of my store and reminders of the amounts already paid.

Regarding the VAT charges on seller fees (commission), please understand that
our invoice methods are indeed completely legal and have been set up by a professional
tax team.

Is this a legally valid invoice?
