| Hello everyone,
It seems like when I go to my BL settings and check off the Hide Cancelled Messages
at the Discussion Forum Settings and press save, it's not actually saving
the setting at all.
When I leave the settings menu, and go back to the settings, the checkbox is
unchecked again, and the cancelled messages are still visible on the Community
page.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, it also shows that the changes have been saved, but it's not saving
it in the background. Works for all other fields that you can hide though.

Ah, I haven't seen previous posts on it, but have indeed been experiencing
this for months too. Just go to the point I decided to post about it.

I works for me.
By way of example, see the two screenshots below. The second with the feature
applied, the six cancelled messages do not appear. It also remains checked within
settings.
Maybe a browser issue for you both? I know from some here in the forum, the site’s
“accepted cookies” or lack thereof, have rendered some functions/features inoperative.
In my experience, this occurs if you choose “Just Necessary” and not accept the
“Preference cookies” setting.
btw and for those unaware, it hides only cancelled original posts not cancelled
replies to OP. But that’s how it’s always functioned, for me anyway.

Unfortunately, deleting cookies and accepting the "advanced cookie package" doesn't
solve the issue. I've also whitelisted Bricklink to accept all cookies, still
doesn't save this setting. :/

Don't know what "advanced cookie package" is, but have you tried "Preference"
cookies?

I'd accept cookies from almost anyone, which got me into trouble a fews times
before I grew up and started to understand more
