Hello Lego fans,

I recently had a buyer from California who was trying to place an order in the
store. He had an announcement stating Seller does not support orders shipping
to California


The same thing seems to happen to all of the buyer located in the countries or
states where a tax must be collected (UK, EU and US)

As I know I have to support an onsite payment method in order to accept such
orders. What's interesting is that I have an onsite payment method (PayPal)
connected.

I had an order from the UK just two days ago and the buyer had absolutely no
problems placing it.

I tried to reconnect my PayPal or connect another account but it didn't help.
So far for me it looks like a technical issue. Any ideas on how to fix it?

on it.
