| Hi. I’m in the U.S. and have a buyer in Canada who sent this message:
“I go thru checkout and now get a "Technical Problem" in the right side panel
after clicking checkout and can only continue shopping. Help!”
I’ve checked on my end and can’t find a reason. Any ideas how to fix this?

| Problem solved. He tried multiple times and it finally worked.

I'm going to make a random guess, that today could be one of the peak shopping
days for Christmas delivery, especially if it's going to cross the border.
BL runs in the AWS cloud. Either the cloud infrastructure was busy, or perhaps
the payment clearing services were getting slammed. I noticed a little lagginess
a bit ago.

Same problem here,
I am not able to checkout in 2 different store.

I tried about 20 times, still can't place an order, nor add to an open order.

| No order can be placed in the first attempt:
"Technical Problem"
I have to try at least 3 attempts in any shop to place an order or add to an
order.
Also updating my inventory is sometimes very slow!

Also been getting, and keep getting technical problem errors when checking out...
I am sure that is also affecting my own store.

Also been getting, and keep getting technical problem errors when checking out...
I am sure that is also affecting my own store.

This is really beginning to sound like something having to do with BL's footprint
on AWS. Perhaps it should be moved to Technical Issues.

Same issue here in UK, had it reported at my store and have all experienced it
as a buyer.
is anything being done about it or will it just fix it self?

Hi. Same problem by me. I've tried another browser, I've tried another
laptop, same issue every time. Building stress!! Hopefully it will be solved
soon.

| I'm currently having this issue, but only with orders where I have to wait
for an invoice. A couple of them had gone through earlier.

I have the same issue. I am from Czech and cannot place order in store located
in Czech too.
In addition, we have received only few Orders starting from Friday up to now
what is quite unusual.
Can somebody from BL administration check this issue and let us know what did
wrong?

We just had a customer report this issue, he was able to request a quote rather
than complete checkout by placing an order. Looks to be a system issue processing
orders via manual invoice rather than IC.

Hi
same here today... but when the system said 'processing' I refreshed
my screen and the order was placed
Yesterday: order was checkout via Paypal and Paypal Onsite then 'technical
problem'.
But I had the IBAN option and that was ok.
