| I want to change the shipping address so I can order from a store that doesn't
ship to the USA. I have a friend that lives in that country. However, I can't
get Bricklink to begin processing the order so I can change the shipping location.
What should I do? Do I have to change my address completely on Bricklink for
a while and change it back? Or is there a way to get into the order screen even
though it just says seller will not ship to me.

Get your friend to register and order it.

Yes, I believe that would be the simplest too. Because if you change your address
on BL (if you can change your country), you’ll have to get through the New Seller
verification again.
Or you could ask the seller to make an exception for you… but they would have
to set up things on their side (at least a password, maybe a special shipping
method…).

Let pay your friend the order via Paypal. The Seller has to send to the Paypal
address. No change necessary.

If you pay onsite, generally you can change the shipping address as you check
out.

Even your country? I think I remember people saying they couldn’t change their
country on PP.

If you pay onsite, generally you can change the shipping address as you check
out.

But bricklink needs to know the country before passing the total order value
to PayPal, and PayPal doesn't know the sellers shipping rates. And if the
seller doesn't ship to their home country they won't be able to progress
to PayPal.
