| I placed an international order on Sept 1st and still have not received it. The
seller was located in Italy and I am in the US. The seller has not responded
for several weeks. At what point should I pursue buyer protection? And how do
I do that?

Oh, Italy. Ugh. If it's shipped, could take months to get it. If you've
messaged the Seller and had no response, AND they have not sent you a tracking
number for your order, then open a Non-Shipping Seller (NSS) alert for them.
If they have sent you a tracking number, or it's been filled in on your
order page, that's about the best they can do. Italy post is... It's
like a really nasty ex. You want to talk crap on them, but you still might have
to deal with them some day, so... Yeah. My last package to Italy took over three
months to clear their postal system and be delivered. I can only imagine it's
the same or worse going out of the Country. Good luck!
