| I'm trying to look into an issue with a recent purchase. It seems to be stuck
in transit last update from the 20th. I purchased the item on the 14th. Illinois
to Ohio would be the delivery route. When trying to reach out to the seller the
email system brings me to a use "contacts name" screen, I fill that out and click
okay only to have to bring me back to write the email again... and it just does
this again and again. I can't seem to send the email to the seller.
Was wondering why this is and if it's a bug or something fishy. Thank you
for your help.

Yeah, there's a lot of issues with the Illinois bulk mail centers from what
I've heard here and other forums. Well, problems with US Postal overall,
but worse in Illinois. Best to contact via BrickLink. On your order screen, at
the bottom, you'll see a link to click to send a note to the Seller. That
way, all correspondence is kept tied to the order as well.

You should contact your seller through the contact link directly on the Order
Detail page.
