I am trying to put in free shipping for instant invoicing which would be under
the price band.
I have instant invoicing and I don't want that to change. When I put in
the Free Shipping for $50.00 order under the Price Band it whipped out my weight
band that I had set for all of the weights. Only one order made it through before
I caught it so it wasn't to bad.
I really want to set up both if that is possible. Does anyone know how to
do that?

You can create a new shipping method altogether and make it price-band. At the
checkout it will only become visible once the set amount is met.

I have it set as a separate shipping method on my store but it only shows on
orders over $50 using an option in the method's settings. I will include
a photo below. If you can elaborate more I will try to reply. Hope this helps!!
