| Does anyone know the Bricklink policy when a buyer's Bricklink address doesn't
match their PayPal address? I have run into this, and tried to contact the buyer
to ask which to use. The buyer hasn't responded. Thanks for any help!

I don’t think there’s a Bricklink policy but I’m sure there’s a PayPal policy:
you have to ship to the address recorded by PayPal.

If it is more valuable than you are willing to lose, it is probably best not
to send it at all until you get a reply.

Don't believe BrickLink has a direct policy on that. When it happens to me,
I send a message to the Buyer, and wait for a response. No response, no shipment.
I need it in writing of some sort if they are asking me to deviate from the Paypal
address, or to confirm that the Paypal address is correct. So many people move
and forget to update their Paypal addresses.

Be sure to contact the buyer directly via email as well as through BrickLink.
Some BL mail ends up in spam folders.
We used to be able to see the buyer's address history which helped with this
sort of thing. Ah, the days before privacy....

We have had the same situation here come up several times in the past with smaller
orders. We just contacted each customer and asked them which address they wanted
us to ship their order to and we have had zero problems when the order was sent
to an address other then what was on record with PayPal. All of those orders
were small enough for us to be willing to take the chance.
We have had a couple of orders that were large enough that we did not want to
take a chance so we just contacted each customer and explained that we had to
send it to the address on file with PayPal and they were fine with that.
