| Can anyone help me ID this mini figure, please and thank you. Or just help ID
the torso if the mini figure is not assembled correctly.

| Thank you. I tried search tie, buttons, and pilot with no luck (I assumed he
was a pilot, wouldn't have guessed railway).

The symbol with circle and arrows pointing in opposite directions is the LEGO
symbol for "train". Whenever you see that on a minifigure or any other part,
it has to do with trains.
