The indicated dimensions of the set 6081-1 seems to be the box, not of the built
set.

The estimate size by Stud.io:
Width: 38.9 cm (48.7 studs)
Length: 28.1 cm (35.2 studs)
Height: 26.5 cm (33.1 studs)

With oppened dawbridge.

That's what the set dimensions are. They are the dimensions of the packaging
that the set comes in.
