I have been using paypal to accept payments.
I don't under the what all fees are included here.
the .67 fees is on what amount (5.24) ?
if so that turns out to be around 12%
but paypal fees is only 3%
is bricklink fees also included here?

I see the following in paypal

Purchase details
BrickLink Order $0.11
Shipping $4.80
Tax $0.33
Purchase total $5.24
Fee -$0.67
Partner fee -$0.33
Total $4.24

I'm pretty sure paypal fees are $0.50 plus 3%, which would come out to about
the value you have there.

PayPal fees were increased in August.

The PayPal fee is on the $5.24 purchase total, including shipping and tax.

PayPal fee (domestic order) = Total paid x 3.49% + $0.49 fixed fee

$5.24 x 3.49% = 0.18 + 0.49 fixed fee = 0.67

PayPal Fees (Int'l order) = Total paid x 4.99% + $0.49

It is just as well you charge the extra $1 handling as you'd be making a
loss on orders like those after the paypal fixed fees and packaging costs. What
a crazy order, the buyer pays $5.24 for an 11c part.

I didn't realize this before. Added a min buy to store to avoid these kind
of issues

I just went back and looked because I remember having several small orders before
implementing a .50 min lot limit.

I had orders of .02, .03, .04, .05 & .09. In all I've had 46 orders for
less than .49. Shipping was less in 2017 and taxes were not collected so the
.02 order paid $3.64 total.

Were these “dropshipped” orders / sellers using you to fix an error in one of
their orders?

Trying to explain why someone would pay so much in shipping.  (With your examples
and OP’s, 98% to 99.5% of the total price is shipping!)

In answer to your last question, no, BrickLink fees are not included here - the
"Partner Fee" is the Sales Tax.
