Hi all,
I recently gave a customer a refund (before I shipped out their order) because
they requested it, as they clicked the wrong shipping method. The order says
"full" under refund, and also still shows as "1 order not yet shipped." Should
I change the order status from "Paid" to "Completed," or something else? This
is my first time submitting a refund for a buyer.

Change the order status to pending.
Click on the Send Refund button on the orders details page.
Or update the payment status as none with the Edit Order button.
Then you can cancel the order.

If i do this will the customer still recieve his refun? Do i need to wait? or
can i do this right away?
