| Needing to contact the Customs Office in Milan, Italy about a wayward package,
and have not found a contact email that has responded so far. Anyone ever had
contact with any Italy Customs Office, that might be able to help with contact
info that works? Much appreciated!

I did a bit of search and couldn't find anything.
But if it is similar to Spain, then they must have a website where you register,
put the tracking code and then you can view what they say and what documents
you can upload.
