I had my store closed for a couple of month due to being too busy to andle orders
i decent time.
Now i opened up my store and had a small order.
I do not have instant checkout enabled, but the order was paid before i even
added shipping and send an invoice.
How can that happen ?

Was the order actually Paid or did the buyer just mark it as Paid?
Buyers are prompted on the My BL page to mark their orders Paid and sometimes
they don't understand that they have to, you know, pay first before they
do that.
You should be able to change the payment status on the Edit Order page. (Link
at the bottom of Order Detail page)
