| Hi,
I made an order on 30.9 and paid for it (instant checkout). The seller has a
100% positive feedbacks (170 feedbacks, not so many but still enough to trust
the seller).
Since the morning I made the order until now- more then 3 days- the status of
this order is still "paid". I didn't get any message from him.
I think the seller didn't log in to his bricklink account and didn't
see the mails from b.l and PayPal.
How can I contact the seller and what should I do next?

He most likely knows about the order. What's the shipping time frame he gives
in his terms? This is a weekend too. You can always click on the order, scroll
to the bottom, and click on "contact seller" and just asked about it. There have
a been a few times I've accidentally missed an order I received.

I made the order on Thursday, before the weekend.

Yesterday I sent a message to the seller. he didn't read it. 5 days since
paying and still not even a single word from the seller.
What can I do next?

| After 7 days have passed, you can start a NRS (Non-Responsive Seller) alert:

| I think an NRS is for orders that aren't paid (e.g. if you're waiting
for an invoice from a seller). This would be an NSS

As I mentioned, this seller has 100% positive rating.
I didn't make a large order but still- it's according to the store terms.
