| So I have a buyer return the set. I have processed a full refund. The status
still shows as received. How do I cancel the order?

Use the refund button on the orders details page. It should update the payment
status to refunded or none.
With the edit order button you can change the payment status and order status.
Then you can cancel the order in the order cancelation process.

| Doesn't work. I refunded but status still showed as paid while order status
shows as received. I edited pay status to not yet paid but it doesn't do
anything. I still can't edit order status.
Tried in problem order UI and it still doesn't allow me to cancel the order.
Please help!

The buyer has to change the order status to something other than "Received" -
when the buyer sets the order status to "Received" it can't be edited by
the seller

| Open the order and use the 'Issue Refund' link at the top of the page.
If that works, you can then use the 'Request to cancel' link at the top
of the page.
If that doesn't work, try using the 'Edit Order' button, which is
at the very bottom of the page. That should let you change the status.
