Rencently, today I add VAT in my store for norwegian customer.

My question

Can I change VAT percentage? becouse I dont see any option to do it.

My store setting say

(VAT ID (required)
You will be able to customize your VAT settings after your VAT ID is verified)

When VAT ID is verified?
