| Just a heads up, we sold 4 minifigs (SW0201that had been carefully exasmined
to this rather new buyer and after receiving them they requested a full refund
in their first contact to us as they said that the minifigs had multiple cracks
and misprints.
This cannot be true as they had been carefully examined before listing. And as
many know, minifigs with misprints can often fetch quite a nice price so we wouldn't
list them without noting it and pricing it accordingly.
When we asked for clarifications they said that they wanted 20.00$ (the minifigs
cost them 9,97$ each) and that two had cracked torsos, one had a misprinted helmet
and a hand was loose.
We gave them the refund as it was easier than continuing to arque with them but
wanted to make the other sellers aware that selling to this buyer came with risks.
We will no longer serve them ourselves for obvious reasons.
Just to clarify, we check torsos and arms for cracks, we check prints for misprints
so this is beyond unlikely.

Thanks but I am not sure if this can really help anybody. For now it seems buyers
can still open a new account but his accounts won't get marged (or BL do
not have a way to find out who has duplicate accounts) so stoplisting will not
really work:

| Honestly, I would not have just given them a refund, even though that might have
been easier. It'll just embolden and encourage them to do it again in the
future.
