| I ordered 7/31. Splash said he was busy, and would ship on 8/4. He finally shipped
on 8/16. I'm still waiting, and I see that he sent me the wrong tracking
number. How long do I wait before taking anything up with PayPal? I'm worried
I've been scammed, and will never see my order. Thanks

| His feedback was good. More than 99%. Actually 99.5%, with over 9000 orders.
He just sent another tracking number. Also indicated I received the package
6 days before he shipped it. Frustration!
He is also communicating in straight email messages, not brick link. Just another
hint of a red flag?

Some people prefer email over the Bricklink message system.
Just copy/past the email in your reply by Bricklink message, then Admin can
see them.

Youve 180 days to start a dispute on the PayPal website.
You can start a NSS on Bricklink to get attention.
Click on the Problem link on the Order Details page or on Problem Center below
almost any page.

I ordered from a U.S. store on 28th July. They invoiced and I paid on 3rd August.
I've now been waiting 3 weeks+ since payment and my order still hasn't
shipped. I've sent multiple messages and finally issued an NSS on 20th August.
I eventually got my one and only response from the seller a few days ago stating
that two parts were missing from my order, which was allegedly packed on 12th
August. They apologied and stated that they'd refund for the missing parts.
They still haven't refunded or shipped. This is from a store with over
50,000 orders!! How on earth they achieved that success with non-service like
I've received is beyod me.
Their splash screen messages etc. states
"... makes every attempt to ship your order 1-3 business days after payment
but certain times it may take a day or so longer."
And...
"If you need your order quickly just send us a friendly email and we will
do our best to ship asap."
And...
"Our aim is to earn your business by providing world-class value, selection,
and service to the BrickLink Community."
None of this is what I have experienced.
I've now issued a Negative feedback, to see if this will make any difference.
