| Hello everyone,
how would I get my money back from an order that was only shipped partially and
I had to open an NSS?
Will this be automatically done or do I have to file a claim with PayPal as well?
Thanks

| NSS only pertains to BL. The seller might choose to refund when presented with
a NSS. Otherwise, you need to file a dispute with PayPal.

I agree with the above, if a seller does not respond to your messages (that you
most likely send before starting an NSS) and did not even responded to the NSS
you can start a Paypal dispute.
I am curious what you would do in such a case.
To be honest I have trouble reading your storeterms, they puzzle me. And correct
me if I am wrong, your storeterms are overwhelming and very difficult to read
and therefore understand. Too large, too long sentences, so I got lost and (maybe)
do not get the message you want to share with your customers.
See the copy and pasted nr 9 below:
Is it possible I might read something ‘in between the lines’ that you yourself
would’t pay back your customer when the courier has a different, maybe lower,
‘value stated’ than the real value?
And ‘if included in the purchase’ regarding the insurance, does this means you
do not reimburse your customer when they did not choose insurance?
If, and again I do mean if, I am correct in reading it like this, you are asking
more from your seller than you provide your buyers.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier,
if included in the purchase.

Reading these terms was my best laugh of the week.

They are very confusing - 50% restocking fee, but later it is 25% but refund
through credit note. Whichever it is, that has to be some of the worst seller
terms around.

I wonder if, when the seller had your shop terms posted, you would be able to
claim anything.
Aside from that, if you copy-paste parts of some other company's terms, you
might want to remove any traces of their trade names...
Niek.

And I'm wondering if the NSS has completed or has only been filed ?

No, indeed this company copied and pasted their terms from this Bricklink store:

Had the exact same happen where another store copied our terms, with shipping
price table and everything. Sigh..

And also perhaps avoid the T&C including URLs repeatedly to an offsite store
selling only non-LEGO brands (using the same BrickLink store name).

Yes, the OP would do well to remove that
