| Hello everyone,
lately I had a lot of problems with orders I placed.
I am not talking about the delays in shipping parts out (not transit time), but
the problem with incomplete orders.
So many orders had parts missing.
I understand that this happens and we are all human, that is also not the issue.
The issue is, that I need to wait until I receive the order, count every lot,
contact the seller just to get an answer like "Yes, I had a miscount, so I only
sent what I had" or "I understand, that is why I sent you two of the 2x2 instead
of the 2x4 you ordered"
On other orders I had a note in the bag saying how many pieces had been missing
on one lot (the order had six lots and all missed parts).
Why do people send out orders without letting me know that parts are missing?
If you know parts are missing, tell me and isse a refund for the parts.
One order had over 100 of the 300 parts missing I ordered. No note, no information,
no refund so far.
I am at the point to leave negative feedback and will have to deal with the negative
feedback I will get back because people can not handle the truth which is that
this is not professional. Even if you do this as a hobby, do it right and at
least let me know and send me my money back. I work for every cent as well, just
like everyone.
What a fun couple of weeks...

As a seller I could never bring it upon myself to not let the buyer know that
they was a problem with their order before it shipped. Whether a discount was
offered, extra parts, along with a refund, but some of your issues are to much.
For the last with over 100x missing, and no communication, definitely a negative
is warranted in my opinion. Any negative retaliation is easily responded to
and if you get something from them, you have time to change the review if necessary.

Yikes! Just reading this has made me anxious. I can not understand the reasoning
behind just sending an order knowing it is incomplete.

Wow, a deserve negative feedback by me. I can understand this. Seller should
contact the buyer in such a case before shipping. Then the buyer to decide how
to proceed.
I don't bother with retaliation feedback, this should warn future buyers
what could expect

Personally, I think a lot of this has to do with Instant Checkout; The sellers
are not prepared to deal with problems in orders and as they have already been
paid, are less likely to be buyer-centric in their solutions. Needless to say,
all of these sellers you mentioned fail.
I can't imagine ever doing something like that to one of my buyers ...SMH

| Wow, that's awful. Why anyone would NOT contact the buyer before shipping
when they know pieces are missing is beyond me. If I come across something I'm
short on when putting the order together, I put it aside and contact the buyer
with an apology and give a couple options as to how we can fix the issue.
To ship the order out without contacting the buyer first is just plain irresponsible.
I would consider leaving neg. feedback. Any retaliatory feedback they return
will hurt them more than it'll hurt you.
