Hi. Question for sellers: I have a customer from a few weeks ago that bought
the wrong set as a birthday gift and wants to return it. The set is used so
I would have to verify it is in the same condition I sent it in, etc. I've
never been asked for a return, especially for a reason that is totally on the
buyer. How would you handle this? Thanks!

I don’t think I would accept a return in this situation. But if I did, it would
not be a full refund. I think there’s a 50/50 chance you’re going to have missing
parts or some other problem.

Thanks for your input - I'm leaning this way as well.
