is too short to be used for this set so it should be removed.

The wire is wrapped and has 4 loops. By comparison with the 2x8 technic plate,
we can see it is longer that
4 x 2 x 8 =64 studs
It is certainly not 190 studs. Interesting that TLG used wires of different length
for this set, depending on the production line.
