Actually not that much for an oldtimer.
When I arrived on the forum, there (of course  ) already were discussions bemoaning
that this ratio was lowering down from over 80%, or that below 70% used to be
an indication there was something wrong.
Now, BL is full of “ungrateful buyers used to Amazon and eBay.”

I think it could be that I'm in the UK, and UK buyers seem to be more willing
to post the feedbacks...??
