shouldn't Part # 65133 be a hinge instead of a plate, Modified?

It has the Hinge Fingers. Most Bricks with them are in the Hinge Category.
I couldn't find any plates, bricks, or tiles with fingers that were not Hinges.

Items that are relatively new to the catalog (just a few months) can't be
moved directly?

From now on, if a part has been in the catalog for more than a few weeks (let's
say 3-4), and it is clearly not an outright error, then it gets added to the
next batch of items to move on the six month interval. Since this item has been
in the catalog almost five months, it is way past the time to just move it outright
without giving sellers the time to be notified and informed about the change
before it is moved.

Cheers,
Randy

That is a massive can of worms you just opened!

The history of this question and the dialogs that have gone along with it are
too hefty to squeeze into a few sentences. Suffice it to say that work needs
to be done in sorting out the "Plate, Modified" and "Tile..." categories.
