From parted out used set.

So far there seems to be an overlap in A and B version for this item in black
from 2013 up to 2020. So we need more proof than one single parted out used set.
And / or more proof from other 2016 sets or earlier (timeline).
Launch/exit date for this set: June 1, 2016 - Dec 31, 2017
70589 instuction shows PCC 4185620 (in BL catalog for both types a and b)
I will leave this request open untill further proof for this set and / or timeline
of these two variants.
Side note for timeline 44567, 44567a, 44567b:
was added to the catalog oct 26, 2017
was added to the catalog aug 14,2018
August 24, 2018 A and B were switched, so in inventory change logs between August
14 and 24, 2018, all text showing B versions are now A versions and the
other way around. The inventories are correct off course, it's just the text
in the inventory change log.
