| Hello, I sold some Plant Flower Small, 4 on Sprue, Item No: 3742c01 and only
now, almost after 2 months Ive shipped the order, the buyer sent me a message
saying the parts are not LEGO, because dont have the Brand LEGO name on it, but
this parts dont have it, so what I can do to try to fix this
PS: also the buyer was registered in UK, and now it's on the USA

| Hi, sorry about that, please insist the LEGO logo doesn't appear on this
part, you can also ask them to provide a picture of a "genuine" part as a condition
for a refund.
If the order wasn't only/mainly these parts, you can also refund them anyway
to try to get rid of them.

Have you told the buyer that not every authentic Lego part has the Lego name/logo
on it? Some of these flowers are old, they pre-date microprinting

| Hello, thanks for the reply, Ive insist with him, and he told me will send some
pics of this part with the LEGO pattern, but he says that 3 days ago and have
not sent nothing, maybe is trying to make some fakes and then sent me the photos,
I dont know.
He's trying to scam me and make me stupid and I will not refund him because
a thing thats not true, sorry, but dont try to cheat me

Have you told the buyer that not every authentic Lego part has the Lego name/logo
on it? Some of these flowers are old, they pre-date microprinting

| I'm not 100% certain there aren't examples of this part with the logo
printed on them - it's possible that more recent ones do, this part was still
being included in sets through 2017. But I am 100% certain that older ones will
not have the logo on them.

This concept has been discussed numerous times in the forum about parts not including
the LEGO logo somewhere on it. Smaller parts will not have this or only a (C)
to denote that they are authentic. Even then, this is not always present as
some individual parts do not have the space to include them with out interfering
with the appearance of the part. I would point them to other threads in the
forum (just search "Lego Logo") and you'll find other people talking about
this. If they are still persistent, I would just refund and then you can block
them as a buyer if you don't want to deal with it again in the future.

the part dont has the LEGO logo on it, who I can contact from the administration
to try explain what is happening and fix this? Thanks

fill in there, can't hurt.
Could you tell us who the buyer is so we can block them as protection?

Here is a quick photo that I took of three vintage sets of flowers that I had
at hand. You will notice that there are no LEGO logos visible anywhere on them.
In fact, the only visible mark on them is a single number of the other side in
the middle of the sprue designating the mold location they were made in.
Send this image and this thread to the buyer. If they won't believe an image
of real LEGO parts posted by a Catalog Admin of BrickLink, then I don't know
what they will believe. In any case, you will win your NSS easily.
