Why is one classified a headgear and the other a hair? I was looking for the
goggles version and couldn't find it until I looked at the Apocalypseburg
Abe minifig inventory. I think they should be under the same category. Whether
it's hair or headgear I guess is up for debate, although there are a lot
of these hair/hat combos under "hair":

So maybe the plain black one belongs under the hair category?
And there are a few more of these headgear that could go under "hair":

I don't think it really matters where all these hair/hat combos go, as long
as they're in one place. I'm curious how some ended up in different categories,
whether it was differing interpretations of the parts or an actual rule that
I can't determine. Either disclose the definition of hair with hats vs hats
with hair (if there is one), or move into one category please!

started being put in the Hair category around 2015. Many of the leftovers in
Headgear were added to the catalog before that. Some of these are also fairly
subjective. How much hair needs to be present for an item not to be listed as
Headgear? etc.
Please keep in mind that parts that need to be moved to a different category
are now usually handled in batches to reduce the impact this has on sellers.
Perhaps an admin can chime in and let us know if the Hair/Hat combos will be
corrected in the next major update.

I have moved this to a Catalog Request and plan to look into it. Some changes
are probably needed, and if they are, they will be added to the parts planned
to be moved on October 1.
