Any BL changes that I've missed since March?
I *think* I have my store set up but haven't gotten any orders this past
week (I was getting 3-5 previously)
Just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed some new setting or something that
was preventing orders.

You need Paypal Onsite to sell to the EU, and the US (States with taxes).
