| I have my store set up where the buyers pay at checkout. I use paypal. For last
month a have received a few orders that the buyer did not pay at checkout and
I have to send a manual invoice. All of the have a weight or dimensions missing.
This was never a problem, has something changed? First 4 years on BL zero non
paying buyers, in the last month 2. Thanks Chuck

You should be able to search your inventory for "Instant Checkout Unavailable"
items - these will be the ones without weight or dimensions.

You can use the Catalog Add or Change form to add weight and/or packing dimensions
to items that are missing them: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogAdd.asp
To prevent this from happening in the future, you can search your inventory for
items that are missing weight and/or packing dimensions:

As to the change in your NPB rate, I've no helpful input. As to why "Instant
Payments not enforced?" is that your Off-site PayPal option remains in place
for your buyers to choose. Simply disable it for both International and Domestic,
leaving only Onsite "Instant Checkout"

Remove, or disable, any shipping methods that are Manual.
