| ... the seller has not sent an invoice after four days and the seller then sends
a polite inquiry about the health or availability of the seller and it is not
answered for four days either? Then should the seller report a problem if no
one answers the cancellation request? Your opinions matter.

If you haven’t received any invoice nor communication for 7 days, you can start
an NRS.

And two weeks later you’ll be able to cancel the order (that is, yourself, as
a buyer, otherwise you’d need the seller to do something and, obviously, they’re
not doing anything so it’d take longer (eternity?) for the order to be cancelled).

| All your advice worked great.
It is an easy, although tedious process.
Thanks again.

| Seven days is the accepted time frame.
As a buyer - once you checkout you're liable.
I would assume a seller should be held even more accountable?!@#
Good luck - please remember, it's not the end of the world.
