| Gday All,
A quickie
CMF / Mario Blind bag sets are they to be listed as NEW if they have been opened
to confirm the contents.
I cannot find in the TOS the rules. I was under the impression that Blind Bags
were acceptable if opened and rebagged as long as all pieces were present to
be listed as NEW.
Where in the TOS is this now covered? and has it changed recently?
Thank you in advance
Cameron

If they are opened, they can be listed as "New, complete", just not "sealed".

They can be listed as New as long as they have not been assembled.

It actually says " assembled, or unassembled" is ok.

Yes and no. Minifigures are allowed to be sold new if assembled, but parts are
not. Since a blind bag for Mario is a combination it covers both grounds.

Ah, my mistake, I thought blind bags meant minifigures. I've been in a technic
rabbit hole for about a year .

Understood. The Mario CMF were different because they were meant for the free
play series stuff.
