I found a new vintage minifig!
I didn't get a pic of the tap. I thought I checked everything before opening the bag and then found that afterward.
My set actually had the stretcher with wheels so I don't really have evidence here, but I strongly guess that if you got the variant stretcher without hinges you wouldn't get the wheels.
