https://api.bricklink.com/api/store/v1/orders?direction=in&status=pending,processing,ready,paid,completed,purged
This works, add all the statuses that you need.

No idea. It's not like there is a historic record of BL responding to issues
while they are active and actually acknowledging them. We usually just get a
message after the "fix" and then we further report the issues until it is fixed
or deemed a feature.
If the API break is a feature, it would be the death of BrickLink IMO.

However, webhooks still fire when a new order comes in. When my code responds
to that and gets a single order, it works. But not the order list, as others
reported too.
