There are two versions of instructions for this set:
The first version has copy right 1981 and ID 120233 appeared in those produced
in 1981.
The second version has copy right 1982 and ID 117683 appeared in those produced
between 1982-84.

1980: came with first version of instructions of 7864 (common instructions for
all supplemental 12v trains)
1981-1987: came with first version of instruction 7860
1988-1990: came with second version of instruction 7860
