Hi, The post office lost an order, I refunded the full amount and then the customer
still filed a non shipping seller alert on me. I replied to her comments again
saying I was sorry and that I refunded all of her money and I'm still seeing
this alert. What am I suppose to do?

I would take a screen capture of the refund on the order status page and submit
it to the helpdesk.
