From a set that seller owned since childhood and did not modify (mint condition), all 9 1x2x5 bricks are without stud holder.
Unfortunately, there was no box, so I couldn't identify the production date.
Another proof is the fact that this 1x2x5 brick is readily available on BL worldwide, and the only known set yet with this part is 1490 bank which is very rare and a N-A exclusive.
