This set 119-1 came also with the instructions of 157-1.
On box arts, there is one or two 3128 applied on the track. I think it made more
sense for TLG to include an even number of them as well.
On the photo of this set on Bricklink, that was taken from a catalog, we can
see 3 white 3218. I imagine the forth one would be on the part of the track not
captures on the photo (as can be seen on the box art) See photos attached.
I also found two other used copies of this set, with box, coming with four 3218
white.
My last comment: this set is underrated! It is so elegant and beautiful. Its
functionality is amazing for 1968.
