* Change 1 Minifig tech040a Technic Figure Blue Legs, Red Top with Zipper, Blue Arms, Black Hair, White Helmet {match ID 0 to 1}

I tried very hard to win the auction that I got this information from, but I didn't win. I'll give the auction number in the reply. The figure in the main section is pictured on the box and everything, but this is not just a pic error. I had this set as a kid and still have my figure. The blue arm version came in the set. But so did the black arm sometimes.

It was auction # 184493767606 at the most popular auction site on the internet.
Two pictures show the sealed set with the flap up.
