So does that mean we can now always use parts lists on boxes and do not need
to find pics of sealed set contents for these kind of changes (pre-assembled
doors and windows)?

No. In this case, these windows and doors came pre-assembled during this time
period and were counted as such in official set part counts. However, I am only
changing sets where I can find the official parts lists and part counts to corroborate
the changes.

No. In this case, these windows and doors came pre-assembled during this time

Okay, thanks, my question referred to the cases where official parts lists and
part counts can be found. I think I'll give it a try.
