Source: Set from my childhood. It was bought new and is still built up in its original box with stickers and instructions. Both parts 32064 are 32064c.
I cannot guarantee that I have never mixed up small parts (pins or bushes for example) with parts from other sets, but usually I kept my sets built up and seperate. I also did't have any other set with black 32064(c) at that time.
