* Delete 1 Part 4073 Trans-Yellow Plate, Round 1 x 1 (Extra)
* Add 1 Part 4073c01 Trans-Yellow Plate, Round 1 x 1, 2 on Sprue

The owner of this set confirmed that his set comes with only one sprue but we
can see on one of the alternate models three 1*1 round bricks. See photos attached.

I only see two used in the instructions, so I will approve these changes based
off of the sealed set contents and instructions.

On one of the alternate model printed on the back of the box, we can see three
1*1 round bricks: two hung from the roof, and one on the bike.
But this is probably just a mistake. They forgot to include an extra sprue.

It almost looks like one of those two 1x1 plates on the light is a trans-clear
instead of trans-yellow. It's too hard to tell though.

Interestingly, in the main model photo on the front of the box it appears only
one plate is used - the one on the bicycle seems to be missing.
