I count only four
 
Part No: 3023 Name: Plate 1 x 2
* 		3023 Plate 1 x 2
Parts: Plate {Blue}
used in the instructions to build the large robot:

1x on step 9 on page 25
2x on step 12 on page 26
1x on step 1 on page 28

The LEGO replacement parts website also only lists four of this part as coming
in the set.

This request will not be accepted.
